Already registered?  Once you have registered you may log back in to your account by clicking here.

Who can play The 2010 North Dakota is open to any USSF Member Organization's teams and teams from certified Canadian clubs from U9 to U19, boys and girls.

Teams and players Players must have their current USSF player pass, a USYS alternate* player pass or an alternate player pass generated using the tournament's alternate player pass template**.  If you were not issued a USSF player pass or USYS alternate player pass but you were registered with a USSF affiliate, you can generate a tournament alternate player pass and play in the tournament.

Other Documents Medical release forms and birth certificates are also required.  You must bring them to check-in for inspection.

Inteference with Playing If you or your team is being denied the opportunity to play in this tournament by your club or your USYS state association - for whatever reason - please contact the FSC North Dakota Open Tournament Director, Matt Noah, for assistance.  Denial of playing opportunity is a serious violation of USSF bylaws.

Insurance  Your USSF Member Organization insurance should cover you unless your State Association specifically denies your team/club access to the insurance YOU paid for.   The FSC North Dakota Open tournament carries insurance for all teams and players regardless of what your State Association chooses to do.

Brackets  Each bracket must have a minimum of 4 teams.  Brackets with less than 4 teams will be combined as follows:  U9/U10, U11/U12, U13/U14, U15/U16, U17/U18/U19.  There will be separate male and female divisions.  The final division decisions will depend on registration.  Brackets with an insufficient number of teams will be dropped and teams will have their registration fees refunded in total.  A championship game is guaranteed for each division.  The FSC North Dakota Openis sanctioned by USSSA.

* The USYS alternate player pass should have been issued to every USYS player/team/club "forthwith" when your player/team/club received their regular player pass.  If not, then your USYS State Association is in violation of the 2010 USSF Grievance Decision, unless your USYS State Association gave your player/team/club permission to use their regular player pass for tournaments such as the FSC North Dakota Open.

** Download the tournament's alternate player pass template - PDF format, Word format -, complete it for each player, affix a photo, laminate and bring with you to the tournament.  You also need to submit a form indicating that each player using such a pass is registered with a USSF affiliate, e.g. NDYSA, MYSA.
